Join us for our 1st Medicine of Flow Circle of 2024

Happy 2024 Beloved Soul Flames!

It is with a full heart of gratitude we invite you to join us for our 1st live event of the year.

As the title says, the purpose of this Medicine of Flow Circle is to support you in not only activating but also embodying your prayers and visions for 2024.

This event will weave meditation, yoga, dance, and the medicine of NeuroSomatic Flow™ into a soulful and playful journey that will open up those new neural and energetic pathways needed to expand your mind to see the infinite new possibilities that await.

The flow pattern we will work with is a powerful one for activating the 3rd eye and Crown chakras. I’m extra excited as this will be the first time I share this pattern inside a live event like this.

To get the most from this event, be sure to have with you:

A Candle and any other special items that help create a sacred space for you

A Journal & something to write with

poi or other flow props (encouraged but not necessary)

yoga mat (your living room carpet should be just fine if you don’t have a mat)

Water or some other hydrating, nurturing, elixir
