Svadishthana chakra is the sacred (2nd) chakra is associated with the element of water, the color orange/yellow, and has everything to do with "flow" - creativity, reproduction, sexuality, sensuality, pleasure, passion and expression. The sacral chakra encourages us to find joy living in the present moment. The most common blockers of this chakra are shame, guilt, and fear.
